Customized high-precision valve core valve sleeve


The spool is one of the important parts used as a control component in fluid systems such as taps and valves. A spool is a valve part that moves with the help of which the basic functions of directional control, pressure control or flow control are achieved. The switch control of any faucet requires a spool, for the faucet, the quality of the spool is an important basis for the quality assessment of the entire faucet, it can be said that the most critical impact on the quality of the faucet is the spool.


The valve sleeve is the only wear-resistant component and the valve is pressed against the sleeve with compressed air. The valve housing forms part of the operator, thus avoiding the use of expensive piston operators, operating diaphragms, or electric motors. The air pressure is applied between the valve housing and the sleeve gap to operate the valve opening and closing and throttling action. The following three illustrations illustrate the sleeve variation process. Illustration A: The valve is fully open, the sleeve has the appearance of a rigid tube and the sleeve is almost free from fluid wear. The fluid is not obstructed by the industry without vortex phenomenon. Fig. B: The sleeve maintains a smooth flow pattern when the flow is throttled. The highest flow rates and wear are located on the valve centreline, resulting in less swirl and wear. Fig. C: When the valve is fully closed, the sleeve is closed for half the total length of the sleeve. Large valves, when fully closed, have a "Y" shaped closure line.
