Design standard of
Ejector Pins & Sleeves by Dayue Precision Technology (Dongguan) Co., Ltd.
At present, the Ejector Pins & Sleeves technology manufactured by China's
Mold Parts factory has reached the international level. The following are the design standards for thimble cylinders produced by Dayue Precision Technology (Dongguan) Co., Ltd .:
1. If the DAYUE
Ejector Pins is less than 3㎜, use two sections of thimble.
2. The top block pushed out by the rod requires the rod to be inserted into the top block 8 mm. The top block must have a
Guide Sleeve, and the guide sleeve must be fixed.
3. If the small top block cannot be fixed with screws, please design with pins.
4. The R angle of the top sheet must be designed.
5. In the case where the mold can be ejected with either a top sheet or a
Ejector Pins, the
Ejector Pins is given priority.
6, DAYUE
Ejector Pins through the knife 20-25㎜.
7. The left and right gap of DAYUE
Ejector Pins plate is 0.5mm.
8. The DAYUE
Ejector Pins plate must have a lower guide post and trash nails.
9, DAYUE

10. Use a larger
Ejector Pins(force and life) for ejection.
11. On the premise that the product can be automatically taken off with a slanted top, try to avoid using an air cap.
12. The core and cavity valves should be designed concentrically (especially transparent products).
13. The mold design carefully calculates the ejection distance to avoid insufficient ejection stroke.
14. For products without originals, carefully consider the ejection position and ejection method.
15. For the mold ejected from the oil cylinder, place the oil cylinder on the ejector pin plate.
16. The valve installation should be disassembled from bottom to top.
17. The core in the push tube should not be screwed as much as possible, and must be fixed with a pressure plate.
18. The
Ejector Pins on the inclined surface and the thimble step are designed into a long bar shape to avoid the inconvenience of D-shaped processing.
19. The plate under the fixing screw of the inclined top sliding foot is designed to be worn and easy to disassemble.
20. The position opposite to the reset lever should be designed with inserts. (Convenient processing, touch resistance)
21. The design of the die ejection hole below 300㎜ ¢ 45mm; the design of the mould larger than 300㎜ ¢ 60mm (the larger mould depends on the situation)
22. More than 5 ejection holes are required for the mold above 400㎜.
23. The D-shaped gas cap is used for the gas cap on the inclined plane.
24. The 4 corners of the slanted top and the square small straight top block should form an R angle (to reduce friction).
25. The stripping plate can be designed as a top ring type as much as possible.
